Books are the source of my joy and inspiration. I long for the minute when I can sit down and read a book. Tough Times Never Last, But Tough People Do is the first inspirational book I read. It opened flood gates to the arena of Personal Development. I attribute it to my Dad. Hadn’t he encouraged and insisted me to read it, I wouldn’t have been writing this today. I am 32 years old. I learnt and grew many folds in the past six years, than what I learnt in my previous 26years.
The benefits I gained by reading books:
Acquired humongous knowledge
Boost my faith, courage, and beliefs
Knowledge of good Nutrition, and Exercise
Improve communication skills and leadership skills
Learned the goal setting process
Improved Time management skills
Enhanced Decision-making skills
Using affirmations, dream boards, visualization techniques
